Bruschetta – My way
This recipe is simple to make and very tasty. It’s ideal as a starter or a snack on a warm summer’s day.
Ingredients:

French Stick
Cherry tomatoes
Mozzarella Cheese – grated
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Chives
Good Olive Oil
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Method:
Pour some olive oil into a bowl with a small amount of ground black pepper and salt. Stir together. Cut the French Stick at a slight angle into slices about one inch thick. Dip the slices into the olive oil and place them on a wire rack. Cut the tomatoes in thin strips and place on top. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over tomatoes. Then finally finely chop the parsley and chive together then sprinkle over the cheese. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes at one hundred and sixty degrees.
This is an inexpensive way of getting the wow factor for a party. It will fill your home with a lovely smell and the taste won’t let you down.
